THE FEE FOR A GUEST POST ARTICLE BY A NON-EXPERT AUTHOR WILL BE £100.00, ONE HUNDRED POUNDS STERLING, PLUS VAT.
 
ALL AUTHORS WHETHER EXPERT AUTHORS OR NON-EXPERT AUTHORS ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
 
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
1. Please send your proposed guest post article in word format to support@pailsolicitors.co.uk. If we agree to post your article, we’ll send you an invoice for the guest post fee of £100 plus VAT, payable by bank transfer.
 
2: We only accept a guest post article about digital media, entertainment, intellectual property and their related legal issues. We do not accept guest post articles on issues of race, religion or politics.
 
3: We accept guest post articles from anyone including students; however expert authors will not have to pay a fee (see Preamble).
 
4: We do not accept guest post articles that have links that are not relevant to your article.

Guest post articles can have up to 4 links, even links that go to other law firms, provided they benefit the reader. We will remove links that are to spam sites or are irrelevant to the subject matter of your article or reject your article.
 
5: We will not post your article if you do not provide us with a bio. Author’s bio must meet strict requirements.
 
Your bio should only contain one link – either to the author’s website, Twitter handle, or his/her blog. The bio must be no more than 400 characters long. You must provide us with a royalty free profile photo of yourself ideally 150 x 150 px.
 
6: Your guest post article must be detailed and unique.

Any guest post article must be a minimum of 500 words. The maximum length is 2000 words. You must acknowledge sources where applicable. You must not repeat content already posted elsewhere.
 
7: The guest post article should be free of spelling mistakes and grammatical errors.
 
8: We do not give out author accounts. Send your guest post-draft article to support@pailsolicitors.co.uk.
 
9: We have the exclusive right to publish your guest post article on our website. You cannot print your work on any other site or other media including your own.
 
10: Authors shall allow comments.

The idea of allowing guest post articles is to build a community. That means allowing replies and comments. We reserve the absolute right not to approve or to delete any comments we deem inappropriate for whatever reason.
 
11: We reserve the right to share your guest post article on Twitter and other social media platforms.
 
12: We will not post any material which we, in our absolute discretion, deem to be gratuitously rude, disparaging or abusive about any person or organisation no matter the reasons given. We reserve the right not to post any article which we deem unsuitable.
 

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. If we decide to post your article, then you will be notified in writing and invoiced for the fee. We will post your article within 24 hours of receiving the fee — direct enquiries about guest posts to support@pailsolicitors.co.uk.
