We do not offer an online one-size-fits-all service.
Our contract review is a bespoke review and sign-off service specialising in intellectual property, digital media and the entertainment industry - including a wide range of agreements from simple service agreements, purchase agreements, NDAs, and SPAs to modelling, actor agreements and influencer contracts.
At PAIL®, we understand that every contract and agreement in the entertainment industry is unique and requires careful review and attention to detail. To cater to your specific needs, we offer three distinct review packages. Each package is designed to provide the appropriate level of support and service based on your requirements.
Type of Review
Option One
General review with comments
Basic 1 to 10 pages
For general review at the basic fee, we work to a deadline of seven days and will provide support and unlimited revisions to the deadline. All communications are by email. There will be no more attendances after the seven days.
Option Two
Review to a signed agreement
Intermediate 1 to 10 pages
For review of a signed agreement, there are unlimited revisions until the contract is signed by both parties. Support is provided until the contract is signed with no deadline. All communications are by email with one telephone or video attendance to be scheduled by the client. This option covers continual revisions based on comments either both sides are happy or the contract is abandoned.
Option Three
Fully service review to signed agreement
Including negotiations with other solicitor or representative and attendance in person or by video call
For review of a signed agreement there are unlimited revisions until the contract is signed by both parties. Support is provided until the contract is signed with no deadline. All communications are by email with multiple telephone or video attendance to be scheduled by the client. This option covers continual revisions based on comments either both sides are happy or the contract is abandoned.

Additional Costs
Additional fees are added on top of stated fees if work is required within 24-48 hrs
There is an additional fee for every additional 10 pages

Our contract review is a bespoke review and sign-off service only concerning intellectual property, digital media and entertainment law-related contracts. We only advise on matters outside of our area of specialism.

Your reviewed agreement or legal document will be sent back to you by email with our comments, mark-up and red flags within 48 hours, (unless you have indicated that you want a faster turnaround). We will also negotiate contract terms for you if that is included in your option. Delivery timescales are typically: seven business days; two weeks; one month; and two months. Fast turnaround times are: 24 hours; or 48 hours.
No further fees will be charged unless agreed in advance. All payments are made in advance and prices are quoted net of VAT which will be added.
