What types of media and commercial contracts do you specialise in?
We handle various contracts, including distribution agreements, licensing contracts, production agreements, and more tailored to the media industry. 2. Why should I choose your service and not one of your competitors?
We do not offer an online one-size-fits-all service.
Our contract review is a specialist service from an experienced lawyer of over 25 years. It is a bespoke review and sign-off service specialising in intellectual property, digital media, and the entertainment industry, including a wide range of agreements from simple service agreements, purchase agreements, NDAs, and SPAs to music, book-related agreements such as non-disclosure agreements, consultancy agreements, international distribution agreements, publishing agreements, content creation, book serialisation, modelling, actor agreements, and influencer contracts.

The duration varies based on the contract’s complexity, but we pride ourselves on providing efficient services, often completing reviews within a week. Your reviewed agreement or legal document will be sent back to you by email with our comments, mark-up, and red flags within 72 hours (unless you have indicated that you want a faster turnaround). We will also negotiate contract terms for you if that is included in your option. Delivery timescales are typically seven business days, two weeks, one month, and two months.
-
For urgent requests, we usually provide two options: 24 hours or 48 hours. You can choose to have your order completed in one day or two days, based on your needs. Please note that if you need the work done very quickly and we have to pause other projects to help you, additional fees may apply.
-
Certainly, we can review your existing contract. I’ll check for any potential issues and suggest improvements to align it with best practices in intellectual property law.
