Peter Adediran is a lawyer with over 10 years post qualification experience in his areas of practice. These include:

Peter Adediran was one of only two Internet lawyers nominated as one of the 100 UK key influencers and drivers in the field of e commerce voted for in a NOP poll of over 22,000 online professionals who were members of London based e-Consultancy, an online trade organisation and publisher in October 2004.

The book – A Practical Guide to Business Law and the Internet – was one of the first to cover business, law, and how they relate to the Internet industry for day-to-day practical use. It was widely critiqued as being a great guide for Internet lawyers.

Peter is a regularly featured commentator and contributor on national television, newspapers, magazines and blogs for his practice areas including BBC Two

Dovile Subaciute, BSc

Dovile manages the support team. She is responsible for all creative communications which includes social media, brand building and protection. She manages the firm’s Free Library Resource.She has a Bsc Honours degree in Music Industry and Media Business Management; and a diploma from the London College of Fashion in fashion business. Before working part-time at PAIL Dovile was a fashion model at the prestigious Elite Model Management, Milan. She has relevant hands on industry experience for both our entertainment and fashion clientele.

Her interests include contemporary fashion, travelling, and European history.

Richard B. Jefferson

Richard Jefferson practices in the areas of intellectual property law and business law, and represents clients within the media, entertainment, technology, action sports, and lifestyle brands spaces. He began his legal career working at Virgin Records America, Inc. in its legal and business affairs department. Thereafter he held associate positions at McDermott, Will & Emory and a boutique entertainment and sports firm. In early 2003 he co-founded M.E.T.A.L. Law Group, LLP.Mr. Jefferson has extensive experience in putting together ventures, negotiating deals, managing intellectual property portfolios, and protecting brands within many different fields, including music, television, film, fashion/apparel, animation, e-commerce, video gaming, beverage, and interactive entertainment. Over his career, he has represented entertainers, athletes and entrepreneurs in negotiations with major companies, including Universal Records, Universal Music Publishing, Capital Records, EMI Publishing, Warner Brothers Records, Warner-Chappell Music, Electronic Arts, PepsiCo, Disney, Nickelodeon, E! Entertainment, Comcast, NBCUniversal, Summit/Lionsgate, Nordstrom, Sony Music Entertainment, Pioneer, Tapout, TRUtv, Intuit, and OWN Network.

Richard is an active member of the Intellectual Property Law section of the California State Bar, Beverly Hills Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, Inc. (The Grammys), and serves on the Entertainment Alumni Association Board of Directors for the Biederman Entertainment and Media Institute.

He frequently contributes to the entertainment community by mentoring young attorneys, serving on panels, writing articles and he runs a blog called Lawyers Rock that provides information for industry professionals.

Mr. Jefferson earned a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University and received his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School where he participated in the prestigious accelerated two-year SCALE program.
