Ongoing legal support for organisations and decision-makers who need
trusted commercial judgment available when it matters. Our retainers
provide continuity with a named solicitor, reserved professional capacity
and an agreed framework for recurring commercial, intellectual property,
technology, privacy and digital media matters.
Each arrangement is individually scoped around the work you expect, the
speed of response you require and the level of legal involvement that

Strategic Solicitor Access
For founders, directors, entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses
who want prompt access to an experienced solicitor already familiar
with their priorities when commercial, intellectual property,
technology, privacy or digital media issues arise.

Monthly Retainer
£2,000 + VAT
Designed for regular strategic access and continuity, rather than the
purchase of a bank of chargeable hours.
This arrangement is designed for scheduled oral legal advice and
reserves defined advisory capacity during the relevant monthly period.
It does not include substantive document review or drafting, detailed
written advice, extensive legal research, third-party correspondence,
negotiations, representation or litigation. Unused capacity does not
carry forward. Additional work is separately scoped and may be charged
on a time-based, fixed-fee or capped-fee basis as agreed.

Monthly Retainer
From £3,000 + VAT
Fees are agreed following scoping by reference to selected
workstreams, anticipated workflow, document complexity, turnaround
requirements and the professional capacity to be reserved.
The listed workstreams are illustrative and do not mean that every
matter within those categories is included. The proposal will define
the selected workstreams, agreed capacity, response framework and
exclusions. Major transactions, substantial disputes, litigation,
extensive due diligence, specialist counsel and work outside the
agreed scope or capacity are separately scoped and may be charged on a
time-based, fixed-fee or capped-fee basis.

Monthly Retainer
From £6,000 + VAT
Reflecting the agreed level of senior involvement, strategic
responsibility, management-level access and reserved professional
capacity.
External General Counsel arrangements are individually scoped and do
not provide unlimited legal services or unrestricted access to the
Firm. The proposal will set out the level of involvement, meeting
cadence, response framework, included workstreams and capacity.
Significant transactions, litigation, exceptional projects and work
materially beyond the agreed scope or capacity are separately agreed.

Named Solicitor
A designated solicitor acts as your principal point of contact,
providing continuity and familiarity across the matters within the
agreed retainer scope.
Defined Capacity
Included workstreams, reserved capacity, exclusions, response
expectations and the treatment of additional work are agreed before
the retainer begins.
Priority Framework
Retainer clients receive priority access within the agreed service
framework. Response and scheduling expectations reflect the selected
arrangement, the nature of the matter and professional availability.
Retainer fees reserve the agreed level of professional capacity,
continuity and priority access and should not be understood simply as the
purchase of a bank of hours. All services are subject to availability,
conflict checks, regulatory requirements and formal acceptance of
instructions. The agreed proposal and our

will set out the applicable scope, capacity, exclusions and treatment of
additional work. Work outside the agreed retainer scope or capacity may be
charged on a time-based basis or under a separately agreed fixed or capped
fee. VAT and third-party costs apply where relevant.
