Peter Adediran attended the Pre-Law Associates of Arts Degree at Pasadena City College, California USA and the Multimedia Computing For ECommerce Masters of Science Degree at Brunel University. He was one of only two Internet lawyers nominated as one of the 100 UK key influencers and drivers in the field of e commerce voted for in a NOP poll of over 22,000 online professionals who were members of London based e-Consultancy, an online trade organisation and publisher in October 2004.
The book – A Practical Guide to Business Law and the Internet – was one of the first to cover business, law, and how they relate to the Internet industry for day-to-day practical use. It was widely critiqued as being a great guide for Internet lawyers.
He also contributes regularly to professional publications and is regularly invited as guest speaker to universities and corporations on intellectual property, digital media and entertainment law including – the University of Buckingham; University of Reading; Bucks New University; and recently at , Mashable Social Media Day 30 June 2014, Barcelona 2014. She has a Bsc Honours degree in Music Industry and Media Business Management; and a diploma from the London College of Fashion in fashion business. Before working part-time at PAIL Dovile was a fashion model at the prestigious Elite Model Management, Milan. She has relevant hands on industry experience for both our entertainment and fashion clientele.

Richard Jefferson practices in the areas of intellectual property law and business law, and represents clients within the media, entertainment, technology, action sports, and lifestyle brands spaces. He began his legal career working at Virgin Records America, Inc. in its legal and business affairs department. Thereafter he held associate positions at McDermott, Will & Emory and a boutique entertainment and sports firm. In early 2003 he co-founded M.E.T.A.L. Law Group, LLP.

Richard is an active member of the Intellectual Property Law section of the California State Bar, Beverly Hills Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, Inc. (The Grammys), and serves on the Entertainment Alumni Association Board of Directors for the Biederman Entertainment and Media Institute.
He frequently contributes to the entertainment community by mentoring young attorneys, serving on panels, writing articles and he runs a blog called Lawyers Rock that provides information for industry professionals.
Mr. Jefferson earned a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University and received his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School where he participated in the prestigious accelerated two-year SCALE program.
